Property Details of Costa de Almeria Villa

The villa is brand new, and like you we are eagerly awaiting its completion(early June). The villa is detached and room to park the car and has use of a shared pool. Most of the 15 villas in the complex are owned as second properties and used only by their owners so the shared pool is usually empty. The villa is to be furnished in 'boutique hotel' style rather than the traditional spanish pine style and will be clean, fresh and comfortable (large beds, comfortable furniture). We have put a bath off one of the bedrooms to add that extra 'cosy' feel, especially if you fancy a relaxing break during mild winter temperatures. The weather is generally mild all year round, friendly neighbours are often emailing pictures of cosy winter barbeques and swims! But if the weather chills the cosy log fires, satellite tv and collection of current dvd's will all add to the pleasure and tranquility.


There is horseriding, walking, golfing, nearby and a waterpark 20 minutes away in Vera Playa. The house is looked after by Al and his wife, who moved from England a few years ago and know the locallity and people, and will be available with help and guidance for anything that you need during your stay.

The villa is ideal for 2 couples, 1 couple for a luxury weekend break or for a single family with 2 children.

Local Area Details

The villa is set with beautiful views, especially from the roof terrace, there is a tennis club with fantastic restaurant and one of the locals offers a Spanish version of a home delivery fast food service.

The local town Turre (more like village) has friendly Spanish restuarants, and is only 5 minutes down the mountain in the car. Mojacar Playa is ten minutes away, and the town is a typical Spanish seaside location, with superb beaches and to the West unspoilt inlets with rockpools and clear stunning seas.
