Access to fully fitted and equipped kitchen, microwave etc, conveniently situated close to the outside dining area and brick-built BBQ. Lower level comprises of 3 twin bedded rooms all with en-suite bathrooms and master bedroom has twin beds made up as a double. Three of the downstairs bedrooms have direct access to the pool and lake through French Doors. Safe. The large swimming pool has steps to the shallow end. Beautiful landscaped gardens leading to the lake. Electric heating in all bedrooms, lounge and most bathrooms. Air conditioning in lounge and two of the bedrooms (supplement payable). Maid service is 4 times per week.
