We would like to welcome you to “The Springs” and to one of our lovely Condos.

The Springs of San Carlos is a small complex consisting of eight single-story buildings with four condos in each. Each building has a center courtyard leading to each entrance, with a patio located on the backside of the condo. We are centrally located close to all beaches and shopping. And within walking distance there is shopping and restaurants. The closest golf course is less than one mile away.
There is plenty of room to breathe, stretch your legs, and take in a game of tennis. Or you can take a dip in our large heated pool; or just bask in the sun while listening to some music. You might decide to exercise in our fitness room, and then go to our library for a book to take back to your condo to read. If the mood strikes you, challenge one of your family members to a game of pool or table tennis in the main clubhouse room.
As the sun is setting you might want to take a walk across the Springs Pond
Bridge, and listen to the frogs and gators talk swamp talk.
So all you have to do is pack your suitcase and bring your toothbrush. Our
condos are fully furnished and waiting for your arrival.

Welcome to The Springs condo rental complex. Come visit our condos located in lovely Fort Myers Florida located in Lee County. That makes us centrally located for all of your vacation and Snow Bird needs.

To give you an idea:

Sanibel and Captiva Islands are 25 minutes away; Ft. Myers, Bonita Beaches and Fort Myers International Airport (RSW) are 20 minutes; Cape Coral 30 minutes; Disney World, Epcot, Busch Gardens, Florida Keys are 4 to 5 hours away. Also find fine dining, fishing, swimming and Gulf water sports near by!

We have Snow Birds and vacationers stay with us from all over the world. Our heated pool and with San Carlos Golf Course just 10 minutes away, makes our small complex like a nice resort. Most of our condos are designated Non-Smoking and some accommodate small pets for a nominal charge.
