The living room is large and it has a balcony facing the pools condominium.
The kitchen has also a large space, it is completely equipped.
There are also 3 bathrooms( 2 en suite).
The apartment also has a private terrace with 35m2 where you can have your privacy, making your own barbecues and also enjoying the holidays.

At the basement there is a garage for one car.

The Casino is only 2 minutes walking.
You can go there to take a cup of coffee and relax hearing music.
There are also several restaurants , coffee stores in the area.
You dont need to rent a car because everything is close: train station, beach, bus station.
If you like night life , there are several bars along the beach coast.
Cascais is only 15 minutes walking along the beach, there you can visit the Marina of Cascais , where you can find all kind of Restaurants and bars.
Sintra is only 10 minutes driving.
