Sleeps 2. One bedroom apartment with shared use of owners swimming pool. Located in beautiful countryside surrounded by mountains and close to the historical town of Lorca (10 mins drive) with its Medieval Castle & historical buildings, shops, typically Spanish tapas bars & restaurants.
Bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps & radio alarm clock, wicker chair, hair dryer, large fitted wardrobes containing iron & ironing board. Central heating radiator & air conditioning.
En-suite shower room with white porcelain wc, hand basin with mirror & shower. Central heating radiator.
Kitchen area, located in the sitting room, has ample fitted kitchen units with granite work tops, stainless steel sink with drainer, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, glasses, cutlery & other cooking utensils.
Sitting Room contains a 2 seater sofa, dining table with two chairs, standard lamp with dimmer switch, TV with DVD player & Sky satellite box. Central heating radiator.
The Apartment is cleaned on arrival with bed linen, towels & tea towels provided. Linen can be changed midweek with maid & laundry service available for a small extra charge.
