The master bedroom benefits from a large double glazed window overlooking the large courtyard of a neighbouring hotel. A double bed is central with two bedside tables with reading lamps. En suite is a small bathroom with a shower and sink. Bedrooms two and three are similar to the master bedroom but do not have an en-suite. All the bedrooms have ample wardrobe space, bedside lamps and curtains. All the bedrooms are also at the back of the apartment ensuring a good night’s sleep.

To the right of the bathroom is another separate WC. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower cubicle and sink.

The kitchen units in a gloss laminate compliment the marble effect worktop and marble floor. The units under the worktop hold a built in dishwasher, washing machine and fridge and freezer. The units above hold all necessary glassware, crockery and utensils. There is also a toaster, coffee maker and kettle. A black rectangular table with cream chairs provides ample dining space. There are also black breakfast stools. Of course, should you prefer, dining can take place on the table outside on the south facing top floor terraces which are sun drenched all through the year.

This apartment is just off the Carre DOr quarter in a wellmaintained building with a lift It is on Rue Marechal Joffre just off the pedestrian zone It is a popular and well connected area with fantastic restaurants on your doorstep and close to all the high end boutiques and shops The Promenade the Old Town and the bus and train station can be reached easily If you are two families booking together you might want to consider both this apartment and Marechal which is directly opposite
